Nattapong commenced his legal career in 2002. He has practiced law in Thailand for more than a decade and has worked for RSM Advisory (Thailand) Ltd. and Blumenthal Richter & Sumet Ltd. prior to joining Silk Legal in 2015.
His areas of expertise are: corporate and commercial business transactions, foreign direct investment, general corporate commercial matters for foreign companies in Thailand, investment promotion law, due diligence, labor and employment, consumer protection, real estate, and liaising with government authorities.
Nattapong is a Barrister-at-Law at the Thai Bar Under Royal Patronage and is certified by the Lawyers Council of Thailand. He is also a Notarial Services Attorney and is endorsed by the Department of Intellectual Property as a Patent Agent.
Nattapong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, majoring in Business and Commerce, from Chulalongkorn University in 2001, and earned his Master of Laws in 2003.
Experience
- Advised numerous international clients on potential M&A deals by conducting due diligence projects and reporting outcomes, ensuring they were fully aware of potential legal issues surrounding their deals.
- Represented a Thai tech startups with their Series A round. He advised on their Shareholders Agreement and was responsible for preparing and submitting the capital raise documents to the Department of Business Development.
