Pechkla is a recent Silk Legal joiner who works in the firm’s corporate and commercial practice. His work includes drafting and revising legal documents, assisting both local and foreign clients with matters related to foreign direct investment, and advising on compliance issues in Thailand.
In addition, he addresses issues related to employment law, conducting due diligence involving M&A, as well as drafting agreements on leases, transfers, mortgages, and other commercial transactions. He is also proficient in navigating matters pertaining to company secretarial services, data privacy, wills and estates, as well as intellectual property.
Pechkla graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University and held a key role in the Asian Law Students’ Association.
