Salinthip commenced her legal career in 2010. She has practiced law in Thailand for over a decade and has worked for several major law firms prior to joining Silk Legal where she serves as Senior Counsel.
Her areas of expertise are: corporate and commercial law, foreign investment and business registration in Thailand, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and property transactions, intellectual property (including trademarks), personal data protection, and immigration visa and work permit matters.
Salinthip is an Attorney-at-Law licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and a Notarial Services Attorney. She is an Extraordinary Member of the Thai Bar Association of Thailand.
Experience
- Advised numerous international clients on potential M&A deals by conducting due diligence projects and reporting outcomes, ensuring they were fully aware of potential legal issues surrounding their deals.
- Represented a Thai tech startups with their Series A round. He advised on their Shareholders Agreement and was responsible for preparing and submitting the capital raise documents to the Department of Business Development.
