Dave Rodman is a Colorado-based attorney whose legal expertise includes cannabis, industrial hemp, securities, intellectual property, and corporate law. He is the founder and President of The Rodman Law Group, a boutique law firm in Denver, Colorado that focuses on cannabis, business, distributed ledger technology, estate planning, securities, IP, and entertainment law. Mr. Rodman and The Rodman Law Group have provided counsel to a wide range of clients including small businesses, cannabis companies, industrial hemp ventures, public companies, blockchain based concerns, and private equity funds.
Mr. Rodman is admitted to the bar in Colorado and Washington State, but represents clients across the globe He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and attained his Bachelor of Arts in History from Tufts University in Massachusetts.
